📋 Description

• Translate agreed marketing and digital priorities into practical plans with clear owners, deadlines and dependencies • Manage multiple workstreams, track progress and follow through on actions • Identify delays, competing priorities and information gaps, resolving issues or escalating decisions when needed • Provide the Head of Digital Transformation with updates on progress, risks and next steps • Act as the day-to-day link between external partners and internal colleagues • Prepare briefs, organise assets, coordinate feedback and secure approvals • Lead project catch-ups, capture decisions and hold stakeholders accountable for agreed actions • Challenge recommendations and timelines to keep activity aligned with business objectives • Implement agreed marketing activity and support Shopify content updates, promotional campaigns and website improvements • Coordinate PR, SEO, social media and website activity within a shared delivery schedule • Check completed work for accuracy, brand consistency and alignment with briefs • Work with specialist partners to improve the online customer journey • Consolidate agency updates and performance reporting against agreed objectives • Maintain processes for briefing, project tracking, approvals and communication • Identify delivery improvements and help colleagues adopt new digital processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering digital marketing, ecommerce or digital transformation projects from brief through to completion • Track record of managing multiple stakeholders, external agencies or suppliers and keeping concurrent projects on track • Sound understanding of SEO, social media, website content and ecommerce customer journeys • Hands-on experience implementing marketing activity or website updates • Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills • Confidence following up and challenging constructively • Ability to translate strategic direction and specialist recommendations into clear, achievable actions • Experience using Shopify and working with website development partners (desirable) • Background in retail, furniture, interiors or consumer ecommerce (desirable) • Experience supporting digital change within an established business (desirable) • Familiarity with project management tools and website performance reporting, including Google Analytics (desirable) • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently in a remote environment
