📋 Description

• Manage a group of schools comprising primary and secondary schools • Work Monday–Friday in a 52-week role • Lead, motivate and develop site-based teams • Build strong client relationships across the school portfolio • Manage performance against KPIs including Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance • Support teams hands-on when required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous catering and operational management experience is essential • Experienced Operations Manager • Ability to lead and motivate teams • Ability to develop teams • Ability to create strong client relationships • Commercially astute • Willingness to support teams hands-on when needed • Successful applicants must complete an enhanced DBS disclosure • Food Safety Level 3
