• Define and prioritise the partners that can create the greatest impact for Planday • Develop and grow relationships that open doors to new opportunities • Create joint business plans with clear targets, activities, and accountability • Enable partner teams to position, sell, and advocate for Planday effectively • Build strong relationships across partner sales, leadership, and operational stakeholders • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with Sales • Work with AEs to progress and win opportunities originating from the ecosystem • Increase partner engagement through structured rhythms, incentives, and visibility of success • Partner with Product and the Partnerships Product Manager to align commercial opportunity with integration priorities • Represent partner needs internally and help strengthen Planday’s ecosystem proposition • Provide clear reporting and insight on partner contribution to revenue • Travel 0-20%
• 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or indirect sales within B2B SaaS • A demonstrated track record of creating pipeline and revenue through partners • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build compelling, mutual value propositions • Confidence engaging executives and influencing without authority • Experience defining focus areas and building plans that translate into action • Ability to operate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps • Industry experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, or other workforce-intensive environments is preferred • High ownership mindset and comfort operating with autonomy • Pragmatic, low-ego operator focused on outcomes over activity
