📋 Description

• Accurately managing and maintaining bagging data, while supporting related operational processes • Recording and monitoring shrinkage across all Terminal locations • Managing the end-to-end tank order process, from receipt through to delivery • Maintaining and updating the tank database within SAP to ensure data accuracy • Processing orders for equipment and spare parts in a timely and efficient manner • Coordinating contractor services supporting the delivery of liquid fertiliser • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices in line with internal controls • Acting as a key point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to queries from Terminal Operators • Extensive travel to warehouses across the UK and Ireland

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) • Basic proficiency in Excel, with confidence handling data and spreadsheets • Relevant office or administrative experience, ideally within an operational or supply chain environment • Experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems) would be an advantage • Demonstrate good team working ethics • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks
