📋 Description

• Act as the trusted risk consultant for a portfolio of key customer accounts • Spend approximately 60% of time building embedded customer relationships • Help organisations achieve risk management and resilience objectives • Develop and deliver customer service strategies that reduce loss and drive risk improvement • Conduct on-site and desktop assessments • Coordinate complex risk engineering programmes • Oversee service plans and stewardship reviews • Provide clear, actionable risk insight • Drive completion of risk improvement actions • Manage programme delivery through Zurich's global network • Demonstrate the value of Zurich Resilience Solutions through benchmarking, reporting and service reviews • Work closely with customers, brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders • Identify opportunities to expand Zurich's proposition • Contribute to thought leadership • Support Property UK's financial objectives through revenue growth, budget management and operational efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a risk engineering professional managing customer accounts • Experience building trusted stakeholder relationships that deliver risk improvement and business value • Expertise in property loss prevention, including fire protection, business interruption and natural hazards • Strong understanding of BS EN 12845, NFPA codes and FM Data Sheets • Strong communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills • Ability to translate technical insight into practical customer solutions • Consultative approach and excellent commercial acumen • Ability to identify opportunities supporting revenue growth • Comfortable engaging with senior customer contacts, brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders • Self-motivated and committed to continuous professional development • Passion for sharing knowledge and supporting the development of others • Ability to undertake regular UK travel and occasional international travel • Location: Home-Based, United Kingdom
