📋 Description

• Own and track top-level CEO priorities and OKRs across departments • Lead high-priority cross-functional projects such as new service-line launches, technology integrations, and geographical expansions • Establish and manage executive meetings, board preparation, strategic planning sessions, and company-wide communications • Serve as a strategic partner and sounding board to the CEO • Synthesize complex operational data and filter requests to the executive office • Bridge communication and collaboration across distributed teams in the US, Latin America, and the Philippines • Track executive decisions and KPIs • Remove operational bottlenecks before they impact growth • Drive initiatives supporting hard work, continuous learning, and mutual respect across the remote workforce • Facilitate organizational change and ensure clarity and buy-in across regions and levels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategic planning, or a Chief of Staff/Operations Lead role within a scaling business or BPO/CX organization • Direct experience working within distributed, global, or multi-cultural teams across different time zones • Strong comfort with operational metrics, including resolution rates, LTV, CSAT, and capacity planning • Familiarity with modern automation/AI-driven CX tools • Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude • Ability to interpret data, perform calculations, and evaluate financial and operational scenarios • Critical thinking and complex business problem-solving skills • Proven track record translating ambiguous strategic goals into structured, trackable execution plans • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence leaders without direct authority • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with low fixed overhead and high adaptability
