📋 Description
• Manage the capital and operating budget • Track value realization and ROI • Produce executive-ready materials • Partner on annual and mid-year planning cycles • Run talent reviews and calibration • Serve as a connective point with peer Chiefs of Staff • Identify and clear blockers for initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of total business experience • Strong financial acumen • Demonstrated experience managing structured processes • Excellent written communication skills • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, matrixed organization • Familiarity with a product-oriented way of working • Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or master’s degree in a quantitative or business field preferred.
