📋 Description

• Track, analyze, and update space data across the client portfolio • Execute monthly reporting, data audits, utilization tracking, requirements gathering, and space layout updates • Support Senior Occupancy Planners on high-profile projects • Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to solve space challenges • Simplify complex spatial data and contribute to project delivery • Develop PowerPoint presentations consolidating data and floor plans for client stakeholders • Conduct facility audits and contribute to workplace-efficiency strategies • Interpret and analyze floor plans using space-planning tools, CAFM systems, and BI platforms • Track occupancy utilization metrics and support mobile and collaborative workplace trends • Coordinate across business units, stakeholders, and facility management teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field • Strong experience in a corporate environment • Demonstrated experience in strategic-level space/occupancy planning • Deep knowledge of corporate real estate principles and occupancy optimization strategies • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex calculations • AutoCAD capabilities for space planning, test-fits, and square footage calculations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to interact effectively with executive-level internal and external clients • Ability to work independently, multitask, manage competing priorities, and adapt to dynamic team requirements • Familiarity with occupancy metrics, sharing ratios, and industry occupancy trends • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint • Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles • Preferred: experience with CAFM systems, interior office renovations, workplace change programs, emerging workplace technologies, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms
