📋 Description

• Review and approve mobile and web product content and marketing materials for compliance with Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, and other technology platform policies • Resolve platform policy compliance matters directly with Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, and other partners • Advise teams on understanding and implementing platform requirements • Monitor policy changes and adapt company processes to new rules • Develop internal policies, checklists, and guides, and conduct compliance training • Collaborate closely with the legal department on marketing and product legal risks, intellectual property matters, and user personal data protection • Protect intellectual property by removing content that infringes company rights • Conduct ad hoc research • Assist with other ongoing compliance department work

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate+ English, spoken and written • Legal education or experience in law/compliance • Strong analytical and research skills, including work with policies, regulations, and large volumes of information • Strong communication and presentation skills • Basic knowledge of intellectual property and personal data protection is an advantage
