📋 Description

• Deliver fee-earning services at the highest level • Deliver high-quality compliance services to SOCOTEC clients • Ensure client work complies with SOCOTEC group policies and procedures • Specialise in at least 2 consultancy areas, preferably 3: Health & Safety, Fire, Legionella, and/or Training • Contribute to technical and legal updates affecting services and client support • Submit documents to the office in a timely manner • Maintain professional memberships and individual CPD • Support junior and other team members in meeting consultancy standards • Achieve and maintain qualification levels determined by SOCOTEC • Participate in SOCOTEC peer reviews • Participate in relevant subject-specific Technical Committees and support Technical Groups • Lead and take responsibility for Technical Groups where appropriate • Undertake other reasonable responsibilities required by the company

🎯 Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement • Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) or equivalent • Registered on the consultants register OSHCR if requested by Operational Manager • Expertise in at least 2, preferably 3, consultancy areas: Health & Safety, Fire, Legionella, and/or Training • Maintain professional qualifications, memberships, and CPD • Ability to work independently while supporting and developing colleagues • Ability to deliver services in accordance with SOCOTEC policies, procedures, and professional standards • Keep up to date with relevant technical and legal developments • Ability to provide technical leadership within areas of competence
