📋 Description

• Work on a customised instance of SPM • Provide technical guidance to the customer and their chosen offshore development partner on achieving business outcomes • Highlight where requirements deviate from OOTB configuration and best practices • Flag associated risks and issues • Build customised reports • Identify and communicate risks associated with reporting requirements and configuration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Process and Consulting experience • Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow process implementation and improvement engagements • Proven experience analyzing and recommending strategies based on desired business outcomes and priorities, and associated industry experience • Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodology • ITIL Foundation Certification • ServiceNow System Admin certification • NowCreate Certified • ServiceNow Product Implementation Certified • CSA, CAD, CIS: ITSM, SPM certifications • Ability to provide technical guidance on a customised instance of SPM • Ability to build customised reports • Ability to identify deviations from OOTB configuration and best practices, and flag associated risks and issues
