📋 Description

• Coordinate, prepare, and analyze complex accounts receivable and/or financial reports • Review and analyze trends and advise PRMO, DUHS, and PDC leadership on conclusions and recommendations • Identify process improvements involving staff education/training, operational workflows, system enhancements, and external payer policy changes • Enter ServiceNow tickets for billing and collection system changes • Perform positive and negative testing of system changes and validate production processes • Collaborate with the DHTS Maestro Care team to communicate operational needs, coordinate testing, and resolve tickets • Serve as an expert resource to leadership and a subject matter expert on system logic and functionality • Perform system upgrade, parallel, and primary testing and provide feedback to leadership • Initiate and implement system logic changes based on payer bulletins and guidelines • Identify accounts receivable, operational, payer, system, and user trends and improvement opportunities • Monitor clean claim rates and reporting • Escalate trends and recommendations to management • Monitor payer rules and regulations related to claims logic and billing guidelines • Facilitate workgroup meetings, update project logs, and validate system testing • Prepare written reports and analyses for PRMO, DUHS, and PDC leadership • Research accounts receivable and financial systems to identify trends • Provide technical guidance on accounts receivable and financial data • Coordinate and mentor staff on systems, analyses, reports, and policies/procedures • Organize and lead committee meetings concerning accounts receivable and financial-data improvements • Perform other related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, accounting, finance or a related field is required • Minimum of four years of applicable experience • Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, or high quality results preferred • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting • Knowledge of billing and collections • Knowledge of insurance claims • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) • Good verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Epic • IT-related training/testing knowledge and experience • Ability to work Monday–Friday in the remote position
