📋 Description

• Own the Console experience end to end, including information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, empty states, errors, and customer interaction with complexity • Define how an AI assistant helps customers configure and operate the platform conversationally • Design workflow configuration for advanced use cases and first-time users • Own customer experience around integrations, including authorization, permissions, object and field mapping, sync behavior, failures, and recovery • Reduce time and effort to achieve successful live deployment • Identify manual moments that should become product experiences • Partner with engineering on reusable configuration, permissions, integrations, and system-state capabilities • Run usability sessions and customer conversations • Translate friction and feedback into actionable product direction • Partner with Customer Success to identify broader product problems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS • Experience with self-serve products, admin tools, integrations, workflow builders, configuration products, or other complex product surfaces • Strong product judgment • Comfortable running usability sessions and talking directly to customers • Systems thinking across permissions, data, integrations, and configuration • Technical curiosity and comfort with APIs, integrations, data models, permissions, and failure modes • Bias toward prototyping with modern AI and design tools • Preferred: experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup • Preferred: experience owning RBAC or permissions layers • Preferred: exposure to revenue or go-to-market technology • Preferred: fluency with AI prototyping and development tools • Work authorization/sponsorship information requested for full-time work in the U.S.
