📋 Description

• Support the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and bank reconciliations • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and other compliance needs • Collaborate with team members on special accounting and tax research projects • Process daily bank transactions • Assist with US state tax filings • Support ad hoc projects from various internal teams • Work with finance and cross-functional teams to support accurate financial statements and efficient processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at an educational institution (e.g. college, university, bootcamp) • Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion • Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them) • Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things • Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team • Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets • Keen interest in technology and software tools • Ability to learn independently and quickly adapt to new environments • Must live in and be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Must already be authorized to work; no work authorization, relocation assistance, or sponsorship/transferring of a visa provided • Successful applicants must complete a background check
