📋 Description

• Contribute to the design of meaningful product experiences that make security clear, usable, and trustworthy for individuals and businesses alike • Own well-defined features and problem spaces—partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality work that aligns with both customer goals and business priorities • Contribute to design direction within your focus area, collaborate closely with your team on shared standards and practices, and raise the quality of work around you through active participation in critique and peer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant design experience at a product-driven company • Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools e.g. Figma Make, Cursor • Curiosity about agentic development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or MCP-based tools) and how AI is changing the design-to-code pipeline; hands-on experience is a plus • A portfolio of recent project work demonstrating your craft, design process, and the impact of your work on users • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and/or User Research to ship designs • Growing product thinking and an ability to make informed design decisions using research, data, and a clear point of view • Ability to work independently with some support, take ownership of your projects, and actively seek feedback to improve • Interest and/or experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or similarly complex product domains
