📋 Description

• Research financially qualified churches, ministries, religious organizations, and schools • Identify decision-makers and make introductory calls • Obtain permission for broker to send property materials • Maintain organized records of all outreach • Support targeted marketing of church property in Bethesda, Maryland • Track outreach and provide summaries of qualified contacts • Assist with systems and processes using Google Workspace and other tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous lead research, prospecting, appointment setting, or business development support experience preferred • Strong spoken and written English communication skills required • Experience conducting professional outbound calls required • Strong Google Sheets or spreadsheet skills required • Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required • Experience researching organizations and identifying decision-makers' preferred • Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and professional • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
