📋 Description

• Validate documentation accuracy and ensure financial and funding readiness. • Create Sales Orders (SO) in LN. • Perform final accuracy checks on all received documentation. • Identify financial or system issues prior to installation execution. • Review all received documentation for completeness and accuracy. • Escalate documentation accuracy concerns as necessary. • Maintain system integrity by following established ERP entry standards. • Validate funding method, payment status, and financing details for completeness. • Ensure consistency between upstream systems and LN. • Manage assigned ERP entry queue to meet SLA expectations. • Maintain detailed system notes and documentation to support audits or corrections.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in ERP order entry, finance operations, or system‑based processing. • Experience with LN (preferred) or similar ERP systems. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across documentation and systems. • Solid understanding of job costing, funding workflows, and financial validation. • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
