📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients • Introduce payroll software solutions and services • Qualify prospects using provided criteria • Schedule appointments for the sales team • Maintain daily outbound call goals • Update Salesforce after every interaction • Document call outcomes and notes • Maintain accurate prospect records • Track appointment activity and follow-up tasks • Utilize company-provided call scripts • Handle basic objections professionally • Confirm scheduled meetings • Communicate appointment details to the sales team • Maintain organized prospect pipelines • Deliver remote business support services to clients worldwide • Adhere to agreed timelines, guidelines, and deliverables • Report to a designated point of contact to be determined

🎯 Requirements

• Previous outbound calling experience required • Appointment setting experience preferred • B2B sales experience preferred • Salesforce CRM experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Native or near-native English speaking ability required • Confident and professional phone presence • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and results-driven • Comfortable following established sales processes • Knowledge of Salesforce • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Google Workspace • Contracted availability of 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing • Must operate under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work • Independent contractor status; this is not an offer of employment
