📋 Description

• Create and maintain a consistent social media content calendar • Create engaging social media posts based on the client's services, events, and brand • Schedule and publish approved content • Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and other appropriate platforms • Repurpose content across multiple social channels • Create graphics and basic visual content using Canva • Write captions and supporting social media copy • Help establish a consistent brand voice and visual style • Recommend practical content topics and formats • Organize marketing activity around upcoming events • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement • Engage appropriately with relevant accounts and potential audiences • Help increase awareness and organic follower growth • Identify relevant content themes and social media opportunities • Monitor basic content performance and recommend adjustments • Make basic updates to the existing Canva website • Add upcoming breathwork events and relevant information • Publish or update monthly newsletter content on the website • Keep website information current • Assist with connecting Calendly or a similar scheduling tool to the website • Direct social media audiences toward the client's website and booking options • Work with the client on content planning, brand voice, approvals, and brand direction • Provide task-specific marketing services under a defined scope of work

🎯 Requirements

• Previous social media management experience required • Content creation experience required • Canva experience required • Experience building content calendars and recurring social workflows required • Organic audience-growth and engagement experience preferred • Experience supporting startup, founder-led, wellness, coaching, or service businesses is a plus • Basic website content-management experience preferred • Calendly or similar scheduling-tool experience preferred • Basic social media analytics experience preferred • Senior and Advanced Level experience tier requested • Proficiency with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, social media scheduling tools, Calendly, and basic website management tools • TikTok/YouTube experience is a plus • Strong written English required • Comfortable working independently while keeping the client involved in approvals and brand decisions • Must work Monday through Friday, generally 2:00 PM–4:00 PM MST • Must operate under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work as an independent contractor
