📋 Description

• Design campaign materials in Canva using existing templates • Create copy from templates and client information in collaboration with AI • Edit photos, logos, colors, and client specifications in line with corporate identity (CI/CD) • Coordinate project content such as client photos, job postings, and additional information • Create and edit Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads • Support the implementation of online recruiting projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with and enthusiasm for working with Canva • Strong language skills and a passion for copywriting • Excellent German spelling skills • Creativity and a strong eye for design • Openness to and interest in new ideas, software, and tools • Independent thinking and accurate, practical work using common sense and AI • Ability to handle short-notice tasks and prioritize them effectively • Very good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office) • Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not required • A plus, but not essential: interest in or experience with content creation and social media, interest in recruiting, enthusiasm for video editing, and initial experience with Meta Ads
