📋 Description

• Create and manage social media content for FT Consulting Partners and Bringing Talents to Life • Develop posts using Canva and other content creation tools • Use ChatGPT and Claude for content ideation, drafting, repurposing, and refinement • Maintain content schedules across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok • Cross-post and adapt content for different channels • Monitor social media activity and respond to comments where appropriate • Engage with relevant posts and accounts to support visibility and engagement • Organize content calendars and posting schedules • Repurpose existing content into different formats • Support development of social media presence and brand voice • Edit video footage for social media and other platforms • Trim footage and create short clips from longer-form content • Add captions, text, basic graphics, transitions, and other elements • Format videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Streamline the client's video-content workflow • Manage and organize the client's email inbox • Prioritize important messages and follow-ups • Draft and send emails on the client's behalf • Communicate with clients, prospects, vendors, and other contacts • Follow up with individuals or vendors • Assist with booking meetings and appointments • Monitor and coordinate incoming requests and inquiries • Maintain customer and contact information in spreadsheets and other systems • Maintain lists of customers, subscribers, and email sign-ups • Process and coordinate website orders • Support customer booking and scheduling • Perform general administrative tasks across both businesses • Monitor calendars and upcoming appointments • Provide reminders and proactive notifications, including through WhatsApp • Schedule and reschedule meetings • Participate in weekly or potentially daily check-ins via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email • Help organize priorities and ensure commitments are not missed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal English communication • Social media management experience • Social media content creation experience • Strong Canva skills • Experience using AI tools for content creation, particularly ChatGPT and/or Claude • Strong administrative and organizational skills • Email management experience • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently and proactively • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Video editing experience highly desirable • Experience repurposing social media video/content highly preferred • Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content highly preferred • Basic graphic design skills highly preferred • PowerPoint/presentation creation experience highly preferred • Branding or marketing experience highly preferred • Experience working with entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, or professional service businesses highly preferred • Experience managing multiple brands or social media accounts highly preferred • Ability to use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to create and generate images/content • Ability to edit videos and generate AI videos • Curiosity about new AI tools and willingness to learn • Knowledge of email marketing • Experience or knowledge of CRMs and B2B outreach software such as Apollo • Comfortable using or willing to learn WhatsApp, Zoom, spreadsheets, email platforms, and presentation tools • Eastern Time (ET/EST) availability strongly preferred • Reasonable flexibility to accommodate scheduled meetings • No educational credential specified
