📋 Description

• Review AI-generated responses to legal questions for substantive accuracy and reasoning quality • Assess whether legal conclusions are supported by appropriate authorities and sound analysis • Identify flawed reasoning, unsupported assumptions, material omissions, citation errors, and jurisdictional issues • Evaluate contract interpretation, drafting, corporate law, commercial legal issues, transactions, and due diligence scenarios • Review legal authorities and citations for fabrication, irrelevance, incorrect characterization, and inadequate support • Draft expert-level prompts based on realistic legal scenarios • Develop high-quality reference answers demonstrating rigorous legal reasoning • Create evaluation material testing nuanced legal interpretation • Provide detailed critiques and structured feedback on AI-generated legal analysis • Identify recurring weaknesses across legal model outputs • Communicate complex legal concepts in clear, precise, plain English

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience practising as an attorney at a top-tier or highly regarded law firm • At least part of the relevant legal experience should have been gained within approximately the past 7 years • Strong legal research and legal writing skills • Practical expertise in contract law, corporate law, contract drafting, legal analysis, or due diligence • Strong ability to identify flawed reasoning, unsupported conclusions, and jurisdictional issues • Excellent judgement when assessing legal authorities and citation quality • Ability to write clearly for both legal and non-legal audiences • Undergraduate degree from a highly ranked university is preferred • Candidates based in English-speaking countries are preferred • Exceptional written English and strong plain-language communication skills • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, law firm, institution, or other third party
