📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated lyrics for quality, creativity, coherence, originality, prompt adherence, tone, and musical context • Identify awkward phrasing, repetitive writing, weak imagery, unnatural language, and stylistic inconsistencies • Review AI-generated lyrics against published songs and reference material for meaningful similarities and potentially derivative patterns • Assess whether Dutch lyrics are natural, idiomatic, culturally authentic, and appropriate for contemporary Dutch musical contexts • Evaluate lyrics in relation to intended genres, sub-genres, artists, audiences, tone, performance style, vocal delivery, and musical direction • Apply detailed evaluation guidelines consistently across AI-generated outputs • Provide clear ratings and structured written feedback • Identify recurring model weaknesses involving language, creativity, originality, and cultural nuance • Contribute specialist music and language expertise to improve generative AI systems • Complete work without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch • Strong ability to understand detailed written instructions in English • Professional experience as a Songwriter, Lyricist, Performer, Composer, Music Journalist, or closely related music professional • Strong knowledge of the Dutch music scene • Excellent understanding of natural Dutch phrasing, slang, idiomatic language, and cultural nuance • Strong analytical judgement when evaluating lyrical quality and originality • Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening • Broad familiarity with contemporary Dutch genres, sub-genres, and artists • Ability to work independently and apply detailed evaluation criteria consistently • Formal training in music performance, theory, composition, or songwriting is advantageous • Credited or published songwriting work is highly valued • Applicants may be asked to complete a Dutch bilingual competency assessment during onboarding
