📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated lyrics for quality, creativity, coherence, originality, prompt adherence, and musical context • Identify awkward phrasing, repetitive writing, weak imagery, unnatural language, and stylistic inconsistencies • Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs and reference material • Identify meaningful similarities, recurring phrases, and potentially derivative patterns • Assess whether Korean lyrics are natural, idiomatic, culturally appropriate, and authentic • Evaluate vocabulary, slang, colloquial expressions, regional usage, genres, musical styles, audiences, and performance context • Apply detailed evaluation guidelines consistently across AI-generated outputs • Provide clear ratings and structured written feedback • Identify recurring model weaknesses involving language, creativity, originality, and cultural nuance • Contribute specialist music and language expertise to improve generative AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean • Strong ability to understand detailed written instructions in English • Professional experience as a songwriter, lyricist, performer, composer, music journalist, or closely related music professional • Strong knowledge of the Korean music scene • Excellent understanding of natural Korean phrasing, slang, idiomatic language, and cultural nuance • Strong analytical judgement when evaluating lyrical quality and originality • Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening • Broad familiarity with contemporary Korean genres, sub-genres, and artists • Ability to work independently and apply detailed evaluation criteria consistently • Applicants may be asked to complete a Korean bilingual competency assessment during onboarding • Formal training in music performance, theory, composition, or songwriting is advantageous • Credited or published songwriting work is highly valued • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
