📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated lyrics for quality, creativity, coherence, originality, and prompt adherence • Compare AI-generated lyrics with published songs and reference material to identify similarities and derivative patterns • Assess language, slang, idiomatic phrasing, regional usage, and cultural authenticity across US, UK, Australian, and broader English-language contexts • Evaluate lyrics within intended genres, sub-genres, musical styles, audiences, tone, and performance contexts • Apply detailed evaluation guidelines consistently across AI-generated outputs • Provide clear ratings and structured written feedback • Identify recurring model weaknesses involving language, creativity, originality, and cultural nuance • Contribute specialist music and language expertise to improve generative AI systems • Work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards across evaluation tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience as a Songwriter, Lyricist, Performer, Composer, Music Journalist, or closely related music professional • Strong command of written English and contemporary English-language expression • Strong analytical judgement when evaluating lyrical quality and originality • Access to headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening • Broad familiarity with contemporary genres, sub-genres, artists, and songwriting styles • Strong understanding of natural phrasing, slang, idiomatic language, and cultural nuance in English-language music • Ability to work independently and apply detailed evaluation criteria consistently • Applicants may be asked to complete a domain-expert assessment during onboarding • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
