📋 Description

• Evaluate procurement plans, purchasing strategies, and related work products for accuracy and practical soundness • Assess proposed approaches against realistic procurement processes and business requirements • Review procurement priorities, sourcing decisions, purchasing workflows, approvals, documentation, and operational controls • Review vendor-management plans, supplier relationships, performance-management approaches, escalation recommendations, and governance arrangements • Evaluate strategic sourcing and supplier-selection approaches, including cost, quality, capability, and operational requirements • Review supplier scorecards, assessments, performance analyses, corrective actions, and performance-improvement approaches • Evaluate procurement-related financial analyses, supplier comparisons, pricing, cost, value, and commercial trade-offs • Review procurement reports, vendor analyses, spreadsheets, slide decks, charts, tables, and visuals for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and decision usefulness • Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria • Identify commercial, operational, analytical, factual, presentation, aesthetic, and formatting weaknesses • Distinguish substantive issues from minor editorial concerns • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining strengths and weaknesses • Apply evaluation standards consistently across procurement and vendor-management work products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, vendor management, sourcing, category management, supply chain, or a closely related field • Experience as a Procurement Manager, Vendor Manager, Sourcing Manager, Category Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or similar professional • Strong practical understanding of procurement and vendor management • Experience developing or reviewing sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, procurement analyses, vendor-management plans, or related work products • Ability to assess procurement recommendations for commercial soundness and operational feasibility • Strong analytical judgement and attention to supplier, cost, and performance considerations • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides • Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills • Native or professional fluency in English • Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback • Master's degree or higher from a recognised institution is advantageous • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
