📋 Description

• Review completed AI-generated work products representing realistic tasks from the reviewer’s public-sector profession • Examine task instructions, supporting files, completed deliverables, and evaluation results • Determine whether outputs reflect genuine government or institutional practice • Identify substantive errors, omissions, unrealistic assumptions, and contrived scenarios • Assess whether finished work would be usable or acceptable in a professional setting • Evaluate task requirements, constraints, expected outputs, procurement, reporting, regulatory, and public-records considerations • Review standards, regulations, figures, terminology, procedures, and operational assumptions for accuracy • Review existing yes/no grading decisions against completed work • Identify unsupported grading decisions and explain agreement or disagreement with evaluations • Independently assess overall work-product quality and assign an appropriate quality band • Compare professional judgement with reported scores and identify scoring mismatches • Provide brief, clear written rationales for review decisions • Distinguish material issues from minor presentation problems and support judgements with practical experience • Maintain consistency and attention to detail throughout each review

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in regulatory, licensing, or programme compliance, or 5+ years managing facilities, records, procurement, or general services, or 4+ years carrying an independent social-work caseload, or 4+ years running recreation/community programmes, or 4+ years as a sworn law-enforcement supervisor • Licensed where required by your state • Sergeant rank or above for police and law-enforcement supervision • Experience writing findings, corrective actions, case plans, assessments, incident reviews, or comparable professional work products • Hands-on professional experience within a public-sector profession • Experience working within a public agency or institution, where applicable • Practical knowledge of regulatory, administrative, procurement, reporting, public-records, mandated-reporting, safety, or public-recreation requirements, as applicable • Near-native business English • Ability to provide concise written explanations for professional judgements • Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, PDFs, and related professional documents • Able to verify figures and internal consistency • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement • Candidates whose experience is primarily policy research without direct programme administration are less suited • Private-sector equivalents may not provide sufficient exposure to public procurement, mandated reporting, or public-records requirements • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
