📋 Description

• Review completed AI-generated real estate work products rather than producing the underlying deliverables • Examine task instructions, supporting files, completed deliverables, and evaluation results • Determine whether outputs reflect authentic practitioner workflows • Identify substantive errors, omissions, unrealistic assumptions, and domain-specific issues • Assess whether completed work would be usable or acceptable in professional practice • Evaluate whether assignments represent realistic real-world real estate work • Review contracts, disclosures, financial figures, regulations, procedures, terminology, and operational assumptions • Assess transaction documents, commission, deposit, damage, and other transaction-related calculations • Assess budgets, reserve information, operational plans, property-management documentation, and HOA or community-association scenarios • Review existing yes/no grading decisions and quality scores • Independently assign appropriate quality bands based on professional standards • Provide concise written rationales for review decisions and distinguish material issues from minor presentation problems

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced US real estate professional in residential sales, brokerage, property management, community associations, or rental operations • Active US state real estate licence and 4+ years of experience closing own transactions (Real Estate Sales) • 4+ years of experience managing real portfolios or homeowners' associations (Property & Community Association Management) • Active broker licence and 5+ years of experience supervising agents (Real Estate Brokerage) • 3+ years of experience in equipment, vehicle, or property rental (Rental Operations) • Hands-on experience with contracts, disclosures, negotiations, transaction documentation, budgets, reserves, rental agreements, deposits, damage claims, or related professional work products • Strong familiarity with residential or commercial sales practice, brokerage compliance, community or portfolio management, or practical rental operations • Strong hands-on delivery experience within the relevant profession • Experience identifying issues in contracts, disclosures, budgets, reserve studies, commissions, or related professional work products • Near-native business English • Ability to provide concise written explanations for professional judgements • Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, PDFs, and related professional documents • Able to verify figures, calculations, and internal consistency • Candidates with inactive or referral-only licences are less suited to this engagement • Investors or analysts without direct practitioner-side transaction experience are less aligned with the role • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
