πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Drive revenue growth and profitability across an assigned portfolio of hotels through proactive and strategic sales efforts β€’ Actively manage the market by positioning each hotel's features, benefits, and competitive strengths to influence customer buying decisions β€’ Prospect, solicit, and negotiate new and existing business through a combination of outside sales calls, networking, referrals, trade shows, and digital communication to increase group and corporate negotiated occupancy β€’ Represent multiple hotel properties and brands, balancing priorities to maximize overall portfolio performance β€’ Travel as needed to conduct client visits, attend industry events, and generate new business opportunities β€’ Collaborate with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager to align pricing and revenue strategies with market conditions and demand trends β€’ Monitor market activity and competitor performance to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Sales Manager in select-service and/or full-service hotels β€’ Experience with premium-branded hotels required; prior experience representing multiple brands, including Marriott and Hilton, strongly preferred β€’ Strong leadership presence with a professional and polished image β€’ Excellent decision-making ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment β€’ Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require β€’ Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
