📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end production of monthly newsletters for global partner audiences • Coordinate content intake across internal stakeholders and manage the editorial calendar • Partner with a creative agency to develop and maintain newsletter templates that support a consistent global partner experience • Develop executive-level communications tailored for strategic partner audiences • Manage newsletter distribution and maintain communication templates and processes • Measure the effectiveness of partner communications through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance reporting • Analyze communication results and recommend improvements that increase engagement and effectiveness • Design and manage a scalable framework for collecting feedback from partners and regional teams • Organize and synthesize feedback into recurring insights and actionable recommendations • Support additional partner communications, enablement, reporting, dashboards, and engagement initiatives as the program evolves

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience supporting B2B communications, partner programs, customer marketing, internal communications, or related business functions • Strong writing, editing, and content curation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences • Experience creating polished communications for executive stakeholders • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines • Experience analyzing communication performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations • Experience using surveys, feedback tools, voice-of-customer programs, or similar methods to collect and organize insights • Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
