📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent Yardi implementation, upgrade, optimization, and consulting projects • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and success criteria • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation • Establish project governance, meeting cadence, escalation paths, and clear ownership of project deliverables • Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual scope, agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget expectations • Manage project closeout activities • Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned clients • Build trusted relationships with client executives and project sponsors • Lead internal and external project meetings • Communicate complex project information clearly and appropriately to both technical and non-technical audiences • Identify, document, and resolve conflicts and project concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of project management experience • Demonstrated experience managing projects through the full implementation lifecycle • Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other Real Estate ERP’s • Experience managing client-facing ERP implementation, upgrade, integration, data conversion, or optimization projects • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, change control, budget management, resource planning, and stakeholder communication • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously • Experience working with executives, project sponsors, functional business leaders, consultants, developers, and third-party vendors • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate practical solutions • Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with clients and internal teams
