📋 Description

• Ensure customer success through customer data strategy and advisory delivery • Collaborate with 3Cloud team members on client data strategy engagements • Build strategic roadmaps covering people, process, technology, and data • Lead and demonstrate emerging technologies and concepts to teams • Lead delivery of a broad range of data engagements • Manage project delivery teams to ensure quality and client satisfaction • Lead requirements-gathering and design-thinking workshops • Lead design of modern data platform architecture • Lead and mentor implementation teams • Conduct assessments, analyses, and interviews to understand client problems • Develop and document issues, perform analysis, draw conclusions, and formulate strategic recommendations • Create strategy, assessment, vision, roadmap, and business-case deliverables • Develop client relationships at all levels • Provide thought leadership for the 3Cloud Data Practice • Monitor data-management technology trends and influence offerings, capabilities, and ISV partnerships • Leverage advanced database systems for business, financial, and operational analysis and reporting • Design and help develop high-performing, reliable, and scalable solutions • Communicate technical details to business and management personnel • Author, oversee, and gain approval of project design documents • Work independently or lead teams to design and develop solutions • Provide feedback and coaching to team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree desired in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience with database design and architecture • At least 2 years with Azure technologies • Previous consulting experience • 10+ years of data and analytics experience • Expert knowledge of Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Analytics concepts • Knowledge of Data Movement (ETL/ELT), Data Warehousing, Azure SQL, Synapse, Azure Storage, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, and analytics • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies, including SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Fabric • Extensive knowledge of business process design and optimization related to data and technology • Experience with Financial Valuation for Data and Analytics • Ability to run workshops with business stakeholders using methodologies such as Design Thinking • Experience with two or more Data Management areas • Experience designing Data Management Operating Models • Experience with DMM, DAMA, and TOGAF frameworks • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills • Product Management knowledge • Ability to work independently or as part of a project team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical teams • Analytical problem-solving ability • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Additional preferred experience with R, Python, algorithms, Azure ML Studio/Services, D3, jQuery, Azure Infrastructure architecture and design, and Azure DevOps • Certifications are a plus • 3Cloud cannot sponsor applicants for work visas
