📋 Description

• Support, analyze, and define solutions for the SETF Spark system project • Build relationships and partner with other departments in system development and implementation • Align and streamline financial processes with defined deliverables and timelines • Develop knowledge of the automotive finance business and related systems • Identify efficient solutions beyond existing practices • Understand financial aspects of system applications, workflows, capabilities, parameters, and rules • Identify opportunities to automate financial processes • Help set direction and strategy for system replacement and enhancements • Develop requirements and design stories within the project framework • Ensure accounting group interests and concerns are addressed • Align financial processes across multiple systems for the new system • Perform systems integration, functional segment, smoke, SIT, and UAT testing before implementation and go-live • Work with the configuration team to ensure business requirements are understood and met • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and engage them in reviews and design decisions • Interface between technology teams, support teams, vendors, and departments • Advocate for and apply project standards • Balance competing priorities based on business needs • Stay current on data, reporting, and systems used by Accounting and Finance to advocate for business users

🎯 Requirements

• Full Alfa Implementation is a MUST • Accounting-focused experience • Experience with payments, incoming payments, payoffs, and downstream reconciliation • Good accounting experience • Understanding of the automotive finance industry; Alfa knowledge preferred • VLOOKUPs and SUMIFs • Experience with project management tools; Azure DevOps experience with features and epics • Jira and Confluence experience • 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance • Demonstrated high proficiency with Microsoft Office • Project experience required • Alfa Systems / Alfa Financial Software experience required • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Strong accounting background, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and internal controls • Effective verbal and written communication and follow-up skills • Presentation skills and ability to lead and manage stakeholder meetings and working sessions • Attention to detail and self-starter • Ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
