📋 Description

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments • Create design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget • Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home • Manage personal schedules, appointments, and follow-ups • Build additional business through referrals and local networking • Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

🎯 Requirements

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions • Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential • Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field • Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week • Flexible to work at least one weekend day • Reliable transportation • Comfortable traveling locally • Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing roles is beneficial • No prior design experience required; training provided
