📋 Description

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments • Create simple, beautiful design solutions for each space • Guide clients through the buying process and close sales • Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups • Generate additional business through referrals and networking • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoys building relationships and helping others • Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential • Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently • Organized and able to manage multiple appointments • Open to working at least one weekend day • Reliable transportation • Comfortable traveling locally • Background in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or another fast-paced environment is beneficial • No prior design experience required
