📋 Description
• Connect with clients over phone and Zoom to help families find the right life insurance coverage • Work warm inbound leads and outbound opportunities to build income • Manage an independent schedule while hitting consistent daily production goals • Attend virtual training sessions to sharpen skills and advance the career
🎯 Requirements
• Must live in the U.S.; Houston area preferred • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a background check • Life & Health License or willingness to obtain quickly • Reliable internet • Focused, distraction-free workspace • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Able to follow a sales system, apply feedback, and meet daily production goals
