📋 Description

• Accountable for Abrasives & Tools forecast attainment within the Abrasives Systems Division • Lead and drive key growth initiatives and strategies in Southern California • Develop customers and application processes to grow the Abrasives & Tools portfolio • Deliver documented cost savings • Collaborate with marketing, technical service, leadership, and support teams • Support strategic account growth initiatives • Manage pipeline opportunities, strategic planning, and business reviews • Develop sales strategies and adapt to market and competitive conditions • Manage a dynamic territory to drive growth with ASD products • Support channel partners, end users, and critical accounts through daily sales calls and customer interactions • Prepare and conduct presentations and product demonstrations • Manage accounts using Salesforce.com • Collaborate with the 3M support network to maximize customer partnerships • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, security standards, and safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma with five (5) years of field sales experience OR bachelor’s degree or higher with one (1) year of field sales experience • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Master’s degree in Business from an accredited institution (additional qualification) • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (additional qualification) • May include up to 20% domestic overnight travel within the territory
