📋 Description

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas • Proactively call agents and recruit new agents to build a book of business • Develop working relationships with producers by promoting agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas, marketing campaigns, illustrations, and effective management and utilization of Crump resources • Build relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information • Maintain and grow team sales goals in coordination with sales resources • Make proactive calls to assigned agents to build territory • Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing agent groups to maximize revenue potential • Partner with sales resources in all aspects of producer development • Call on lower-producing agents in a sales capacity • Maintain proactive and supportive relationships with sales, operations teams, assigned agents, and solution centers • Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources • Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex and advanced illustrations and consult on creative solutions • Effectively utilize the company client management system to manage the sales process

🎯 Requirements

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers • Effective time management skills • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to work in a self-directed fashion • Experience with PCs in a Windows environment • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience • Excellent telephone etiquette skills • Ability to display maturity, competitiveness, and a good work ethic • Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance industry, life and other related insurance products and sales processes • Possess basic knowledge of insurance underwriting • Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, with one year of experience in a sales support role • Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses (preferred) • Understanding of sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process (preferred)
