📋 Description

• Speak with nonprofit supporters by phone • Discuss social and human-rights issues with empathy and confidence • Ask questions and build genuine rapport • Turn complex issues into understandable, compelling stories • Explain how nonprofit organizations are taking action • Ask supporters to become long-term monthly donors • Respond thoughtfully to questions, concerns and objections • Work toward clear fundraising goals • Participate in ongoing coaching, workshops and feedback • Complete technology checks during the hiring process • Support fundraising campaigns involving human rights, humanitarian aid, civil liberties, equality, reproductive rights, and support for children and families

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Colorado • Must commit to 40 hours per week • Must be available Monday-Friday, with shifts scheduled between 11 AM and 9 PM in local time • Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or newer • Reliable high-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload • Wired headset with microphone • Private, quiet workspace • Wired Ethernet strongly preferred • Basic technical confidence and ability to troubleshoot simple issues • MacBooks are not compatible with the calling system • Must complete an internet speed and voice connection test during hiring • Confident and engaging communication • Comfort discussing serious subjects with empathy and maturity • Ability to tell compelling stories • Comfort making direct fundraising asks • Ability to persuade without pressuring • Resilience when hearing “no” • Ability to work toward measurable goals and take coaching seriously • Ability to remain focused and accountable while working remotely • Short voice or video introduction required as part of the application process
