• Serve as the primary point of contact and support for landowners and interest owners • Manage landowner inquiries from intake through resolution • Research and gather information, communicate updates and next steps, and partner across the organization to resolve owner-related questions and requests • Provide professional, timely, and responsive service across available communication channels • Handle complex or sensitive interactions and escalate issues when appropriate • Build positive working relationships with landowners and internal business partners • Gather, review, and document information to research, route, and resolve inquiries • Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and communication history • Organize and prioritize workload to meet service, productivity, quality, and responsiveness expectations • Research inquiries using business systems, records, data, and resources • Analyze information to identify issues, determine next steps, and support resolution • Coordinate with cross-functional business partners • Follow procedures, quality standards, and privacy/data-handling requirements • Identify and communicate recurring issues, trends, or process concerns to leadership • Participate in training and adapt to changes in processes, systems, and technology • Collaborate with team members and business partners to support department goals • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned
• High school diploma or GED • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to handle challenging or sensitive situations professionally • Strong organizational, research, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment • Ability to exercise sound judgment and recognize when escalation or additional expertise is required • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams • Ability to learn and adapt to changing processes, systems, and technology • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn and navigate digital business systems • Preferred: relevant experience in customer service, case management, business operations, Owner Relations, Land, Revenue, Division Order, or a related field • Preferred: experience in a high-volume customer service or case-management environment • Preferred: experience with CRM/case-management systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms • Preferred: oil & gas industry experience • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
