📋 Description

• Issue, reissue, and void airline tickets through Sabre GDS • Process voluntary and involuntary ticket exchanges according to airline policies and fare rules • Handle ticket refunds and ensure compliance with carrier regulations • Interpret and apply complex airline fare rules, tariffs, penalties, and restrictions • Calculate additional collections, residual values, and refund amounts based on customer travel policy • Review and resolve ticketing discrepancies and audit findings • Support travel consultants with fare construction, routing validation, and ticketing-related inquiries • Maintain accurate documentation of ticketing transactions • Stay current on airline policies, industry regulations, and GDS updates • Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience functioning in high volume situations • Demonstrated competency in MS Excel • Excellent time-management and organization skills • Knowledge of GDS Sabre • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
