📋 Description

• Develop new and existing end-user customers for packaging solutions • Develop opportunities with multi-location end users in Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets • Collaborate with packaging sales teams, inside sales resources, end users, and channel partners • Determine sales goals and use resources and tactics to exceed sales objectives • Maintain relationships with key personnel at multiple buying-process levels • Generate leads for new business • Provide input on short- and long-term growth targets aligned with business plans and strategies • Increase territory and account penetration • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards • Contribute to Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Three (3) years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory • Current, valid driver’s license • Experience within the packaging industry working through distribution (additional qualification) • Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development (additional qualification) • Five (5) years of professional field sales experience and collaboration responsibilities (additional qualification) • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • May include up to 50% domestic travel
