📋 Description

• Review source documentation to ensure revenue is accurately calculated and recorded • Manage accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and timely payments • Maintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies • Process employee expense reimbursements and administer the corporate credit card program • Perform monthly bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies • Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting • Support preparation and data entry for semi-monthly payroll processing • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve aged balances • Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare financial reports • Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting as assigned • Use accounting software and financial systems to support daily accounting operations • Maintain complete and accurate financial records and supporting documentation • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support special projects and other assigned duties • Partner with internal departments and vendors to support accounting operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters in Accounting • 4+ years’ experience • Excellent knowledge of Excel • Understanding of accounting rules and procedures including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, Bill.com, and Sage Intacct preferred • Alignment with the company’s values and culture • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment • Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality • Adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer • Occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 20 pounds • Ability to travel 10%
