📋 Description
• Collaborate with business leaders to determine sourcing and marketing strategies. • Create and implement pipeline strategies for high-value positions. • Lead the interview process and track candidates through the ATS. • Coordinate with leadership to understand business requirements. • Participate in HR initiatives and support retention activities. • Initiate pre-employment testing, including background checks. • Track and report on recruitment metrics. • Deliver high-level customer service to internal clients and applicants. • Ensure openings are filled according to KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience • 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience is required. • Use of social media to attract applicants. • Job board utilization, including Indeed, Linkedin and resume search. • Experience organizing/managing job fairs, both in person and virtual.
