📋 Description

• Define, architect, and support enterprise security tools in partnership with Information Security and IT teams • Advance Zero Trust strategies and strengthen perimeter and endpoint detection and prevention capabilities across data center and cloud environments • Identify security gaps and select solutions that reduce risk to acceptable levels • Assess vendor offerings against defined requirements and ensure integration into the broader security ecosystem • Drive the full lifecycle of security technology adoption from vendor selection through implementation • Define security architecture and control frameworks for AI-enabled systems and autonomous agents • Establish architectural patterns and standards for prompt-layer protections, tool-execution guardrails, agent identity, observability, and monitoring of agent planning and tool usage • Evaluate emerging AI security technologies and define security requirements and reference architectures • Mentor more junior team members • Contribute to and enhance the bank's perimeter security program • Design and implement selected technologies • Serve as a security consultant and architect on projects • Conduct security research and threat modeling, make recommendations, and oversee implementation • Assist with risk assessments evaluating existing controls and proposed changes • Enhance Zero Trust strategy and architectural patterns • Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming IT security technologies, threats, and technology trends • Define and maintain security architecture, governance standards, and reference patterns for AI-enabled applications, autonomous agents, and emerging AI technologies • Establish enterprise requirements for AI security controls, including agent identity, prompt-layer protections, tool-execution guardrails, observability, and risk management capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience • Eight+ years of IT work experience relevant to the position, including at least six years in a hands-on information security engineering or analyst position • Industry standard certifications such as SANS certifications, ISC2 CISSP, and AWS are preferred • Ability to communicate ideas verbally and in writing to management, business and IT sponsors, and technical resources • Experience working with and supporting Cloud, Linux, and Windows systems • Solid conceptual understanding of distributed computing principles • Working knowledge of application and data security concepts, best practices, and common vulnerabilities • Financial industry experience is a plus • Excellent ability to diagnose and troubleshoot accessibility issues • Position is not available for immigration sponsorship
