📋 Description

• Create visually compelling social media assets aligned with client brand and tone • Produce and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts • Collaborate with marketing, community, and game art teams • Use AI-powered creative tools to generate, refine, and optimize visuals • Develop templates and scalable art systems to streamline production • Create basic motion graphics and simple animations • Monitor design trends, player behavior, and social media best practices • Apply social media content formats including vertical video, hooks, captions, and engagement-driven creative • Contribute to creative ideation and campaign concepting from brainstorming through delivery • Support community initiatives with visuals for updates and contests • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Report to the Community Lead and client for cross-collaboration and content engagement analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Algeria, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Tunisia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Nigeria, North Macedonia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Panama, the Philippines, Peru, or Vietnam • Experience as a Marketing Artist, Social Media Designer, or Creative Content Artist • Preferably, experience in video editing or motion graphics • Advanced proficiency with Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and other creative software • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative workflows, such as Scenario or ChatGPT • Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and what performs best on each platform • Excellent communication skills with C1 English minimum • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload • International latency below 120 ms • Minimum 8 GB RAM • Windows 11, except Windows S Mode, or macOS 13.0 or newer • Processor with a CPU Mark of at least 7368, similar to i5-8300H; 8th Gen Intel or above, or 2nd Gen Ryzen or above • Smartphone for two-factor authentication running Android 10.0 or newer or Apple iOS 16.0 or newer
