📋 Description
• Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion • Review project updates and progress reports, ensuring Key Performance Indicators are on track • Engage with stakeholders—including internal Sr Leaders and Operations, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory bodies • Provide clear and concise updates while facilitating effective decision-making • Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete construction projects while satisfying contract requirements • Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators for safety, quality, cost, and schedule
🎯 Requirements
• Construction and project management experience • Bachelor's Degree • Alternatively: High School diploma/GED with equivalent experience or 4 + years of US military experience
