📋 Description

• Develop and manage proactive field maintenance programs, including scheduling, effectiveness evaluation, and reporting • Manage miscellaneous maintenance projects, including bid specifications, bid review, AFE creation, project awards, contractor assignments, and financial management • Manage and coordinate equipment rollouts and equipment tests within the area of responsibility • Negotiate terms and conditions of equipment and service contracts and make recommendations to Management • Serve as technical liaison for Corporate Maintenance, Store Support, Repair Shop, Regional Maintenance Training, and Field Maintenance departments • Assist in resolving high-level related issues and implementing corrective procedures • Research and develop economic studies for program changes and recommend actions to management • Review and evaluate service providers and maintenance service contract renewals • Develop programs to self-perform maintenance activities • Review, recommend, and develop departmental policies, practices, and procedures • Assist Regional Maintenance Trainers in developing training programs for Field Maintenance Technicians • Maintain technical knowledge through workshops, tradeshows, and educational seminars • Provide advanced support for Company assets during emergency situations • Remain on call 24 hours per day • Complete other duties and special projects assigned by Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent education and experience • Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office suite applications • Excellent communication skills • Ability to research and resolve issues • Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds • Availability to be on call 24 hours per day
