📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of new commercial fleet programs, digital enhancements, and operational initiatives • Streamline and enhance the commercial driver experience • Maintain close working relationships with the Field Operations Team • Strengthen ongoing operational support and increase awareness of the commercial fleet presence • Troubleshoot bottlenecks and optimize transaction efficiency using commercial fleet POS systems, fueling technologies, and payment architectures • Partner with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align goals and drive fleet initiatives • Support growth of one of the largest diesel networks in the country • Use social media marketing campaigns and trade show planning to promote fleet services and engage commercial partners • Build brand presence at major industry events and maintain brand standards • Improve operational execution, diagnose complex issues, and implement solutions • Own program execution and strengthen interdepartmental collaboration and external brand visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience, preferably within retail, convenience store operations, commercial fueling, or fleet management industries • Knowledge of commercial fleet POS systems, Salesforce, and fuel payment networks a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of building positive interdepartmental relations and managing stakeholder alignment • Self-starter mentality with high emotional intelligence • Strong problem-solving abilities • Capacity to work collaboratively and independently • Must be able to work remotely with a dedicated workspace • Must be willing to travel up to 10%
