📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations using collaborative plans, market analysis, customer demographics, and competitive landscape • Participate in negotiating purchase and lease agreements • Perform financial analysis and due diligence on new locations • Contact existing fuel stations and set up meetings with the Real Estate team • Conduct market research on retail property trends, market conditions, and competitor activities • Develop and execute real estate strategies supporting company growth and geographic expansion • Provide recommendations on market conditions, site selection, and financial strategies • Prepare, track, and implement changes to virtual tour documents through company state gates to opening • Collaborate with senior management, Network Planning, store operations, and other stakeholders • Assist in managing relationships with developers, brokers, landlords, architectural and engineering firms, signage companies, and municipalities • Prepare pipeline, NNN brokerage activity, and competitive landscape reports and updates for senior leadership • Attend industry events such as local ICSC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/4 Yr Degree • 2+ years of relevant work experience • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive business growth • Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills, including complex deal structuring • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities • Understanding of commercial leases, property management, and retail development processes • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leadership, planning, legal, finance, and operations teams • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive decision-making • Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
